History: White Teas was founded in 1887 by Harold Massy. Harold and his wife lived in Upstate, NY when they first started brewing their own tea. When they began to fall in love with making tea they decided to move their little tea shop down to New York City. The business of White Teas has been thriving ever since. There are now Three White Teas cafe's in New York City, the other two were put in the years of 1928 and the last one before Harold died in 1936.
